The Insights Discovery programme delivered by Anna is a real eye opener. The structure of the programme helps you discover how others perceive you and how you perceive yourself (and how different the two can be!). Anna delivers a session that is great fun and very interactive. It’s an excellent opportunity to reflect on your own self-awareness, whilst also getting a better understanding of your colleague’s personalities. You delve in to the different personality types and study which ones naturally prosper together, and which ones can lead to a challenging work environment if they are not conscious of each other’s differences. The detailed personality profile that you receive at the end of the course helps you to see how your personality can both help and hinder you as a professional, giving you tips on what elements to accentuate and what element to be more aware of.
